Ahmed Abdelbaky is currently serving as Senior Business Developer at Bayzat and Operations Manager at Iskala, where he supports business growth and operational excellence. Previously, Ahmed was Head of PMO at Andalusia Smouha Hospital, where he monitored hospital-wide processes and departmental performance, ensuring operations remained on track. He also managed engineering projects across Andalusia’s Smouha hospital, Antoniades, and Roushdy clinics. Before that, Ahmed worked as Senior Projects Coordinator at ICEALEX, coordinating a portfolio of innovation programs and startup incubation cycles. He led project planning, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting, while also advising early-stage startups on business modeling, innovation strategy, and product–market fit. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. He is also a Certified Trainer in Green Business Modeling and Planning under the SwitchMed TOT Program. Earlier in his career, Ahmed gained hands-on experience as a Junior Warehouse Manager, overseeing inventory and logistics, and as a Mechanical Site and Office Engineer, where he managed project documentation, shop drawings, and on-site supervision.
