GTM Index public browse

GTM Index (gtmindex.io) is public by default. Agents should not invent an API key.

What exists

• WebMCP and HTML catalogs — send no token.
• Same-origin GET /v1/people and GET /v1/jobs — open while public browse is on. Try them from a browser or curl with no extra headers.
• Gateway people/jobs — the same list contracts as the same-origin proxy. Public while GTME_PUBLIC_BROWSE is on.

What does not exist

• No public webhook receiver.
• No third-party application sign-in for agents.
• No write API.
