Most engineers can't do growth. Most marketers can't ship. I do both - at founder speed. I'm Raywa - CTO at Teaqlo, and a rare hybrid of full-stack engineer and growth operator. I've taken three early-stage startups from idea to traction, shipping production code in React, Next.js, and TypeScript while also owning brand, GTM, and user acquisition. At Teaqlo, I'm building a prediction market for pop culture from 0→1 - architecting the full stack, designing the systems, and running AI-powered GTM workflows to bring it to users. Before this, I was CMO and full-stack dev at Sova Dating (the first therapist-designed relational intelligence app), and COO and full-stack dev at ProductFlo (GitHub but for hardware), where I built the platform from scratch and drove a 300% lift in online presence. What I'm best at: 0→1 execution where engineering, product, and growth collide. Architecting MVPs that don't need to be rebuilt six months later. Building AI-powered GTM tools that replace entire functions. Moving fast without breaking the things that matter. I don't need playbooks to start - I write the playbooks.
