I am a multilingual communication professional based in Ireland, native in Ukrainian and Russian and fluent in English, with a degree in English and Ukrainian translation and communicative linguistics. Over the past few years I have worked across two areas. In B2B tech I ran the top of the outbound funnel: lead research, data enrichment and multichannel outreach to international decision makers across the US, UK, EU and beyond. In technical customer support I helped a global audience across phone, live chat and tickets, turning complex technical topics (SSL, DNS, hosting) into clear, accessible language. What ties my work together is language and communication: professional written English, research, and the ability to adapt tone and terminology to different audiences and cultures. I relocated to Ireland from Ukraine in 2025 and am authorised to work here. I am currently open to roles in customer support, translation and localization, and outbound / GTM research.
