I try to act as a bridge between people and tech, making sure whatever I create actually fits the way teams work, not just how it looks on paper.That emphasis on real-world usefulness has helped the tools I’ve worked on achieve adoption rates of over 96%. My experience across a range of roles also allows me to approach problems from different perspectives, connect ideas across functions, and spot opportunities that others may overlook.
