At Babylon Labs, I lead strategic initiatives that helped grow Bitcoin TVL to $6B in under a year — partnering with custodians, infrastructure providers, and asset managers to bring institutional capital into the Bitcoin ecosystem. I structured Babylon's strategic partnership with AAVE for Trustless Bitcoin Vaults and co-authored the whitepaper defining the product architecture. Previously, I spent six years at Ripple, where I rose from summer intern to Head of Stablecoin. I built the stablecoin initiative from scratch — pitching the CEO and board, leading a 15-person cross-functional team, and shipping a USD stablecoin on Ethereum and XRPL. I also led Ripple's $72M strategic investment into KeyRock and pioneered the FX-on-DEX initiative bridging traditional forex with DeFi. Before crypto, I structured $15B+ in working capital and acquisition financing at MUFG and researched cross-asset investments at JP Morgan. I also co-founded two companies: a $2M ARR tech staffing business and an urban agriculture startup that sold to restaurants like the Four Seasons. I hold an MBA from Wharton, a Master's from the Lauder Institute (Europe/Russia focus), and the CFA charter. I'm a native Russian speaker, conversational in Spanish, and once raised $65K for the Boys & Girls Club by stepping into a boxing ring. Areas I'm most energized by: Bitcoin infrastructure, institutional DeFi, stablecoins, tokenization, crypto policy, and GTM strategy for Web3 protocols.
