I'm happiest at zero.The stage most people find stressful - no playbook, no pipeline, no proof it works yet - is the one I'm drawn to. Give me a product that's obviously good and a market that hasn't noticed, and I'll build the motion between the two. It's the work I keep coming back to, across six ventures now.I work as a go-to-market engineer, which for me means not separating strategy from plumbing. I figure out who you're actually for, then build the thing that reaches them: the data, the campaigns, the automation, the phone calls. End to end, because in early-stage GTM the handoffs tend to be where things quietly fall apart.I point this at things that matter; mostly sustainable energy, where the tech to cut home emissions already exists and the only bottleneck is people saying yes. That's also why I stepped away from a company mid-pivot when it turned toward cyberweapons. Some engines aren't worth building.Off the clock, I'm usually somewhere down a rabbit hole with BraInference, a small research community I run on self-organisation, complexity, and Active Inference: how systems, markets and people included, come to organise themselves. It's the same fascination as the day job, really: how complex, adaptive systems actually work and how societies change because of it.
