I build GTM infrastructure that generates pipeline for B2B startups.Currently GTM Lead at Deltia, an AI-powered factory management platform. I own demand gen, RevOps, and GTM engineering - building the tech stack, running an SDR and marketing team, and working directly with the CEO and CRO on commercial strategy as we scale from 15 to 50+ people. Previously a Project Manager at Industrious (NY) — joined at Series A, stayed through Series D ($800M exit). Then co-founded Motaii, a bootstrapped coffee brand in France. It didn't work, but it's what pushed me into early-stage GTM — and I haven't looked back.
